Ownership Requirements

Owners are required to display a mature attitude with the ability to respect co - owners and the Yacht. Each Owner is to be nominated as a member of the Marina Yacht Club at Manly.

On Going Costs & Inclusions

There is a monthly fee for each owner by direct debit which includes the following services:-

				Comprehensive Personal Training Program for Each Owner
				Marina Berth including Secure Car Park
				Full Comprehensive Insurance
				Boat Registration
				Annual Slipping and Antifouling
				6 Monthly Polish and Detail
				Routine Engine & Sail Drive Servicing
				Cleaning and Restocking
				Administration
				Invitations to Yachtshare functions, on water weekends away and World Wide escorted Travel Events
